Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that perishable goods, cannot be returned for safety and health reasons. Other items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
- An example of perishable food would be fresh produce, such as fruits and vegetables, or items like dairy products (milk, cheese), meat, seafood, and bakery items (bread, pastries). These types of products have a limited shelf life and require proper storage, usually refrigeration or freezing, to maintain their freshness.

Return Requirements

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item of higher value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
