- Policy Duration: Our standard policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or other proof of purchase to complete your return.

For safety and health reasons, certain categories of items are designated as final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:
- Perishable Goods: This includes all food items such as fresh produce, dairy products, meat, seafood, and bakery items.
- Intimate or Sanitary Items.
- Gift Cards.
- Downloadable Software.
- Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are non-refundable.

- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
